Path of Exile 2 patch 0.2.0 adds a lot of interesting things. For example, Azmerian Wisps, Fracturing Orbs, and new enemies Rogue Exiles. POE 2 Fracturing Orbs have a low drop rate, while Azmerian Wisps will give powerful buffs to nearby monsters. What Are Rogue Exiles?
In the game background setting, the player is one of the exiles. Rogue Exiles added in patch 0.2.0 are a group of exiles who are not the protagonists.
But don’t underestimate them, this group of Rogue Exiles can also use skill gems and carry various equipment. Each Rogue Exile that appears has very similar statistics to the player, but sometimes they are even more difficult to deal with than the boss.
When you face Rogue Exiles, you will find that they act very much like a player. They will dodge your attacks flexibly and release all kinds of disgusting skills to you.
No.7 Bramblejack
- Body Armor: 250% of the melee physical damage received will be reflected to the attacker.
Rogue Exiles equipped with this unique Body Armor will undoubtedly make any warrior player disgusted. Any of your melee physical attacks will be returned to yourself at 250%, and if you are extremely lucky to hit a critical hit, you may even be killed instantly by your own critical hit.
Fortunately, in Path of Exile 2, there are almost no pure melee physical classes except warriors. Monk can use elemental attacks, and Huntress can use ranged attacks, so Rogue Exile wearing Bramblejack is definitely the No.1 enemy of warriors.
No.6 Birth Of Fury
- Boots: Drops burning ground while moving, which lasts for 8 seconds and ignites, dealing fire damage equal to 10% of the wearer’s maximum health.
This Boots may not seem that tricky, but since the health of Rogue Exile that appears is much higher than the player’s, the fire becomes very deadly. Fortunately, the developers have made some adjustments to this, but you still can’t take it lightly.
This unique item can leave a burning ground that lasts for 8 seconds. If you can’t quickly deal with the enemy, you will have less and less room to move, and you will end up in a tough battle.
No.5 Beacon Of Azis
- Amulet: Critical hits ignore the opponent’s elemental resistance.
Elemental resistance is a very important part of the game, especially in the late game, and most players will choose to stay above 50% of various elemental resistance.
The critical damage of a Rogue Exile equipped with Beacon Of Azis can ignore the player’s elemental resistance. Although the critical hit is not so easy to trigger, it is very likely to kill the player directly once it is triggered, especially when encountering a Ranger, and you need to be extra careful.
This unique item is suitable for all classes that use elemental attacks. Its level requirement is Level 30. After reaching this level, you can buy POE 2 Currency and then exchange it with other players, and it can greatly increase your damage.
No.4 Beira’s Anguish Dousing Charm
- Charm: Ignites existing enemies as if dealing fire damage equal to 25% of Rogue Exile’s maximum health.
Any Rogue Exile equipped with Beira’s Anguish Dousing Charm, you must avoid using fire damage to set them on fire. Rogue Exiles have a lot of health, and once you set them on fire, you will take more damage, even if you have fire resistance, this damage is enough to hit you hard.
Since many classes in POE 2 can cause fire damage, Rogue Exiles wearing Beira’s Anguish Dousing Charm will be more difficult to deal with. You can use physical, lightning, or chaos damage to deal with it.
If the player wears Beira’s Anguish Dousing Charm, it can inflict 500% fire damage to surrounding enemies after being ignited. Since it needs to be injured to trigger, it may not be very useful for classes other than Warriors. If you don’t need it, you can exchange it for currency.
No.3 The Coming Calamity
- Body Armor: Increase your own elemental resistance and eliminate all elemental resistance of the opponent.
The Coming Calamity is much more difficult to deal with than Beacon Of Azis. As long as you get close to its range, the player’s elemental resistance will be eliminated. Not only Rogue Exiles, but any monster’s attack on the player will become fatal.
The solution is to use ranged attacks. As long as you stand outside the affected range, the player will not be affected. However, classes like Warriors, Monks, or Huntresses will have a hard time dealing with it.
Similarly, because of its range limitation, The Coming Calamity is particularly suitable for melee classes, especially Monks who manipulate elements. If Monk players have not obtained this unique Body Armor in the endgame, I strongly recommend that they use their currency to trade with other players for one.
No.2 Defiance Of Destiny
- Amulet: Restore 10% of lost health before being hit by the enemy.
Rogue Exiles wearing Defiance Of Destiny will become particularly difficult to deal with. You need to make sure you can deal a lot of damage in a short period, otherwise Rogue Exiles will restore 10% of their maximum health before being hit, making your attacks ineffective. You will end up in a long battle.
To deal with such an enemy, either you and your friends will siege it, or you already have a top-notch build that can deal a lot of damage instantly.
No.1 Maligaro’s Virtuosity
- Gloves: Provides 300% critical damage bonus.
Many players who are keen on critical hits like this unique glove. Although it can only be triggered when a critical hit occurs, the 300% critical damage bonus is enough to cause a lot of damage in an instant.
However, if this effect appears on your opponent, it is not so interesting. Because any stray bullet may cause fatal damage to you.
Rogue Exiles is not fixed. In subsequent updates, new Rogue Exiles enemies will appear, and they will be equipped with different unique items. Although they are difficult to deal with, as long as you kill them, you can get everything from it.
